How to Use the Flight
We suggest a tasting dinner: start with the sashimi loin sliced thin over rice with citrus, then cast-iron sear the skin-on fillet with butter and lemon, blacken the skin-off fillet with our spice blend, and grill the portion fillets for the next two evenings.
